Serving Suggestions:

I have been taking this since last June . I was diagnosed as a Diabetic. This has helped me with inflammation and regulating my Blood sugar. I just take it by the spoon twice a day.
My everyday routine starts out with me taking this sea moss. It really helps with my allergies that have gotten worse over the years and I can tell a difference when I forget to take it. It is an applesauce consistency and I just take it with a spoon. I definitely prefer taking this vs allergy medicine. The benefit of it having all the vitamins and minerals has helped my hair and nails be stronger.
